  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Returned items must be shipped back promptly after the return is initiated

Important Klarna Return Rules:

  • ✔ Refunds must be issued to the original payment method (store credit is not permitted)

  • ✔ No restocking fees will be charged

  • ✔ This policy applies without exception

  • ✔ The same return rights apply to custom-made items when the order is completed via Klarna

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s procedures.
